Firstly, thank you for visiting my website. My name is Andy Tomkins otherwise known as “Andy Tenerife Walker” and sometimes referred to as the Guanche of Tenerife, as I have 25 years’ experience of walking Tenerife’s Great Outdoors.
My knowledge of the mountains and forests, local history, and the flora and fauna here is extensive. Before moving to Tenerife, I was a ranger in the Peak District National Park, but my love of hiking and exploring began when I was a child. So I have spent nearly all of my life walking and climbing not only in the UK but all over Europe including Mont Blanc to name but one.
There are many regular walks for you to choose from on the Guided Daily Hikes page which cater for all tastes and fitness levels, however, bespoke walks can very often be arranged upon enquiry.
